A Grilling Station Built for Entertaining
The homeowners in this Cinco Ranch neighborhood loved to host weekend gatherings but were tired of working from a standalone grill with no counter space. They wanted a permanent grilling station that would be the centerpiece of their backyard entertaining.
What We Built
- Stone-Finished Base: Natural stone veneer that complements the home's exterior.
- Built-in Gas Grill: Premium 36" grill with rotisserie and infrared burner.
- Granite Countertops: Plenty of prep space on both sides of the grill.
- Storage Cabinets: Weatherproof stainless steel doors with interior shelving.
- Side Burner: Perfect for sauces, sides, or keeping food warm.
The HOA approval process in Cinco Ranch required detailed drawings and material specifications, which we handled entirely for the homeowner. The project was approved on the first submission.
